Right-click on the desktop and then click on properties. Click on the Appearance tab and then click on Effects. Uncheck the box relating to smooth edges of screen fonts.

To correct Fuzzy Station Names for Windows 7, go to:

Control Panel / System and Security / System / Advanced system settings /Settings under Performance / Un-check Smooth edges of screen fonts.
