RailroadInformation

These are the AAR 3-digit codes, in most cases, for the railroads. Aside from using this as a look-up, the only thing this dialog would be useful for is if, for example, BNSF was purchased by "Freds Railroads and More", you could change the value for 076 or 022 to read "Freds Railroads and More" so it showed up that way in the Packet Display window detail. In other words, you never will use this. (Freds needs a lot more capital to pull that off.)
